Preparation Technique: Each year winemaker selects the best grape clusters, based on their balance, the intensity of aroma and ability to maintain good acidity. Grapes are hand-picked and gently processed to make sure they maintain elegancy and fruit aroma. Wine is aged in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Wine has aromas of fine grapes, honey and vanilla with a long-lasting, velvety aftertaste from aging in oak. It continues to further develop in the bottle and improves over the years.
Serving Suggestions: Tsinandali Special Reserve goes well with light salads, grilled vegetables, chicken and steamed fish.
