Technology: Grape juice and skins are fully fermented and macerated together for 3 weeks.
Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied wine balanced with acidity and tannins. Aroma of quince and dried apricots.
Serving Suggestions: Amber Kisi goes well with steamed trout, chicken, turkey and vegetable salads.
